World's leading mobile phone producer Nokia returns to the Korean market.
An official at the Korean company SK Telecom admitted on Monday to negotiate with Nokia on supplying handsets. The return of Nokia may change the domestic mobile phone market, ruled by Samsung, LG, Pantech and Motorola.
Finnish-based company Nokia showing sales of 437.1 million units last year is the number one seller of mobile phones worldwide and due to is wide range it could become an important force in Korea.
After a difficult struggle, Nokia abandoned the Korean market in 2003.
