Telogis acquires GPS fleet tracking business

Telogis has acquired New-York based, wireless communication company Darby Corporate Solutions' (DCS) GPS fleet tracking business.

According to Darby's vice president Jim Dunham, their customers will benefit from Telogis' OnTrack platform of advanced technologies, such as optimised vehicle routing, navigation, vehicle maintenance and satellite imagery.

Telogis provides secure, remote access to real-time GPS vehicle and driver information as optimized vehicle routing, navigation, vehicle maintenance, and satellite imagery.
