Sygic and Tele Atlas team up to power McGuider wireless navigation

The next generation McGuider Europe 2009 is Sygic's new navigation software featuring Tele Atlas digital maps and content, including millions of POIs, for all western European countries and expanded coverage of Eastern Europe. Maps of Russia and North America will be available soon.

A 4 GB memory card enables users to convert PDAs and smartphones using Windows Mobile or Symbian systems into fully functioning navigation devices. The new software release includes enhanced navigation content and features, such as safety camera data, multilingual support for major cities and McGuider Assistant, which enables easy downloads for fresh content. Additionally, McGuider Europe 2009 alarms users crossing international borders, delivers key country information such as speed limits, currency and time zones, provides tailored navigation options for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians and voice guidance in twenty languages.

McGuider products are also available for mobile devices users in North America and Taiwan (coverage for China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).
