SEATTLE - Zonar Systems and Spectra Inc. contract partnership to develop a brake diagnostics system.

The companies claim to detect breakdown problems sooner by using a radio frequency identification (RFID) inspection system. Spectra Inc, extended its proven experience with heavy-duty brakes with Zonar's patented RFID technology and both aim to co-develop a RFID-enabled brake diagnostics system, that will be low cost, easily utilized and highly effective.
