Garmin aids AA fleet’s rapid response

After testing UK's breakdown service, the AA, in London showed that up to 50% was cut off breakdown waiting times, motorbikes re-enhance its fleet equipped with Garmin's zumo 550.

AA's motorcycle fleet has specific navigational needs, as paper maps would be impractical. Furthermore the riders are expected to stay in constant contact with their team via the Autocom communications system whilst negotiating inner city traffic.

The AA inner city fleet currently consists of 50 motorcycles.
