Extended temperature range for Micron products

Micron Technology, Inc. is expanding the temperature limits of its automotive memory products from former +85 to +105 degrees Celsius.

Micron also announced to be the number one DRAM supplier according to the Gartner report (Semiconductor Industry Worldwide Annual Market Share: Database, March 2008). In 2007 Micron was top ranked reaching 34% market share in that sector.
